Very clean and friendly staff. Well equipped and easy to reach. Early check-in and late check-out. Nice area with delicious restaurants, pubs, and shops.

The staff, especially Amin, went above and beyond to accommodate us and were extremely helpful during a difficult situation. Access to the rest of London was easy.
